Brian Seals

Managing Director

Based in Atlanta, Brian’s primary focus is to advance our information security, technology, and financial leadership assignments. He brings nearly 30 years of Executive Recruitment experience, as well as Sales and Recruiting Leadership. Brian has been involved in the founding and early-stage start-up of multiple Human Capital Placement and Consulting organizations including Zyston, LLC, HUNTER, The Intersect Group, and Impact Innovations Group. Brian has been awarded as a top executive and collaborative leader and producer in each of the organizations he has founded or joined.

Prior to joining Rowe Global, Brian was a Partner and co-founder of Zyston LLC where he built and led the Executive Search and Human Capital Placement divisions which included advising clients on type and level of executive needed in their organization. While at Zyston, Brian managed and completed a large number of successful CISO, CIO, CMO, CHRO, and CLO searches.

Brian is a graduate of Centre College, where he played football and ran track, with dual bachelor’s degrees in Anthropology / Sociology and Religion. He is from Virginia and was raised in Oak Ridge, TN. Brian resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife and two sons.
