Ingrid Reeves

Managing Director, Administration

Ingrid manages the administrative, invoicing and expense management of the firm and has served in this capacity since our inception. She provides monthly analysis and tracking of all company receivables, as well and ensuring all candidate reimbursements are expeditiously processed. In addition, she helps manage the technology and system demands of the company.

Ingrid previously worked in the legal sector, specializing in research supporting insurance cases with claims analysis for corporate clients. In addition, Ingrid is a licensed Real Estate agent in the State of Texas. In addition to her professional demands, she has served numerous Not for Profit organizations, including the Lost Boys of Sudan, helping Sudanese refugees find employment and educational support as they immigrate to the United States.

Her most dynamic skills reside in her endless commitment to physical fitness and mountain climbing. In 2022, she summited Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa and in 2023, she trekked to Everest Base Camp in Nepal. She has summitted numerous 14K peaks in Colorado and has future dynamic adventures planned.

She received her bachelors degree from the University of North Texas, in Denton, Texas in computer science and is a tireless “Mean Green” supporter.

She a driven and supportive mother of her son, Austin, who graduated from the Colorado School of Mines as a Mechanical Engineer and is currently completing his MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
