John J. White

John is an experienced executive in the telecommunication and software industries and has successfully led over 100 talent acquisition, talent development and culture-building engagements.

John has specialized in serving the human capital needs of the Private Equity community and their portfolio companies since 2015. John has worked within a wide range of industries, but with a focus on Hardware, Software, Telecommunications and IT Services companies.

Prior to joining Rowe Global, John has served as a Senior Client Partner with both Korn Ferry and Spencer Stuart.In addition to his search experience, he has 20 years experience as an operator in both public and private equity backed companies. He has previously served as the CEO of communications software company NetSocket and has served in senior executive and General Manager roles at IBM, AT&T/Avaya, as well as having been the Founder and President of the competitive intelligence firm CPI.

Mr. White is a graduate of Duke University with a dual major in both computer science and philosophy and earned an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
