He led the organization in developing a strong culture of engagement and performance. Telvin also served as Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources, GM of International Operations for Radioshack Corporation and Chief Strategy Officer under the leadership of Alix Partners.

Today, Telvin specializes in working with companies in the area of Human Capital and Operations. For the last four years, he has successively completed a diverse set of human capital projects for small, medium and global businesses. Representative clients include Toyota Motor North America, Jack Henry and Associates, and Enertia Software to name a few.
