Tom Lamson

President and Principal, AEOS Talent Acquisition

For over 25 years Tom has honed his practice as a specialist in the Asset Management sector with particular expertise in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Construction and Design. In 2018, Tom started AEOS Talent Acquisition to develop customized search for his client partners in the asset management sector.

Prior to starting AEOS, Tom spent many years developing his practice with executive retained and contingent search firms, and also served as a talent acquisition leader for a large global AEC firm.

Tom served in the United States Navy Submarine Force and is graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington.
